SalemAI Data Deletion

Email info@salemai.kz with the subject “Delete SalemAI data”. If you have an account, include its email address. If you contacted a business on WhatsApp, include your phone number with country code, the business name and approximate conversation date. Specify whether you want to delete your account, a conversation, contacts or all data relating to you. For Instagram, include your username and the business you contacted.

To protect other people’s data, support may ask you to verify access to the email or phone number or your authority to act for someone. Never send a password, two-factor authentication code, secret key or full payment details. If the data is processed for a business using SalemAI, that business may need to participate in handling the request.

After verification, data within the request that no longer needs to be lawfully retained is deleted or anonymized, such as profile information, contacts and message history. The scope depends on your request, data ownership and applicable obligations. Records required by law, outstanding obligations or dispute resolution may be retained with restricted use. The response explains the outcome and, where applicable, why specific categories remain.

Support handles the request and reports the outcome within applicable legal time limits. We contact you through the provided channel if clarification or verification is needed. Ask for status by replying to the same support conversation; this page does not generate a public tracking number.

A request to SalemAI covers data under SalemAI’s control and processing by our providers within the relevant scope. Deleting a SalemAI account or disconnecting an integration does not delete your WhatsApp/Facebook account, messages on other participants’ devices, or independent Meta and Twilio records. Use those services’ own tools and procedures for those records. Disconnecting an integration does not itself delete SalemAI conversation history.
