A conversation is an exchange with a single customer within 24 hours (up to 20 messages). If you exceed the limit, the bot does not shut off: extra conversations cost 30 ₸ each, with a warning at 80% of the limit. Support is included in every plan: consultations, help, and minor tweaks.
