If you are dissatisfied with SalemAI, request a refund within 14 calendar days after payment. Contact support about incorrect or duplicate charges or a paid service that was not provided even after that period; we review the circumstances and applicable law.

Email hello@salemai.kz with the subject “SalemAI refund”. Include your account email, payment date and amount, invoice or payment reference if available, and a short description. You may attach a receipt with unnecessary personal information hidden. Never send a full card number, CVV, password or bank verification code.

Support verifies the payment and requester’s authority, then explains the outcome and refund process. Refunds go to the payer through the original payment method where supported by the payment provider; any other lawful method is agreed with the payer. Bank processing time depends on the bank and payment method. You can request confirmation once the refund is processed. Support handles refunds; this page does not issue an automatic refund.

To stop future renewals, email hello@salemai.kz with the subject “Cancel SalemAI subscription” before the next charge shown in your account. Support will confirm cancellation and the access end date. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund of an existing charge are separate actions; mention both if needed. Removing an app, disconnecting WhatsApp or stopping use does not itself request cancellation.

Payments you make directly to Twilio, Meta, a bank or another business are subject to that recipient’s terms. If an amount is included in a SalemAI invoice, contact SalemAI to review the invoice and calculation.
