These Terms govern the use of the SalemAI platform and all related services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using SalemAI services, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
SalemAI provides a set of AI modules for business process automation: chatbots (SalemBot), knowledge base (SalemInfo), and CRM system (SalemCRM).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. One account is intended for one user or organization. Sharing access with third parties without the Company's consent is prohibited.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT). The Company reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, code, design, and content belong to SalemAI LLP. Content created by users using the platform remains the users' property.
6. Limitation of Liability
SalemAI is provided 'as is.' The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Astana.
