By registering or using SalemAI services, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

SalemAI provides a set of AI modules for business process automation: chatbots (SalemBot), knowledge base (SalemInfo), and CRM system (SalemCRM).

Keep your password private and grant staff access through the platform’s roles. You are responsible for lawful uploaded data and authority to connect business accounts and phone numbers. Provide required notices and obtain necessary consents from people whose data you process.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). The amount, period and renewal conditions are specified when ordering. Price changes are notified 30 days in advance. Renewal cancellation and the published 14-day refund offer are explained in the refund policy below.

All rights to the platform, code, design, and content belong to LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP "ORDES". Content created by users using the platform remains the users' property.

AI replies may contain errors and require review before important decisions or sending to a customer. Integration availability also depends on external providers. Liability limits apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory customer rights.

The Company may suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.

The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply. Send complaints to hello@salemai.kz. Dispute procedures and jurisdiction are determined by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Meta/WhatsApp rules and, for Twilio connections, Twilio rules also apply. Obtain required messaging consent, respect opt-out requests, and follow approved-template and service-window requirements. Provide a way to reach a person. Spam, impersonation and unlawful disclosure of other people’s data are prohibited.
